That’s when I turned to nutrition.
I chose to study Nutritional Medicine instead of dietetics because I resonated with a holistic approach. One that combines evidence-based medicine with traditional wisdom, recognising the importance of not just food, but lifestyle, stress, and overall well-being.
I saw firsthand how women, in particular, were being dismissed by the medical system, left without real answers, and constantly bombarded with conflicting health advice.
I knew I could offer something different: a compassionate, science-backed, and sustainable way for women to reclaim their health.
Creating a Safe Space for Healing
One of the things my clients consistently tell me is that they feel truly seen and heard when they work with me. In a world where women’s health concerns are often minimised, I strive to be a provider who listens - really listens. I create a space where my clients feel comfortable being completely honest about their struggles without fear of judgment. Whether they’re dealing with exhaustion, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or the frustration of trying every diet and seeing no results, I meet them where they are and help them move forward in a way that feels realistic and empowering.
I don’t believe in rigid diet plans, shame-based approaches, or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on understanding the root cause of health concerns and helping my clients make small, sustainable changes that lead to lasting results.
My role isn’t just to provide a treatment plan - it’s to educate, guide, and support my clients so they feel confident in making the right choices for their own bodies long after our work together ends.
