We’ll explore imbalances in your body, discuss potential underlying causes, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
This may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, targeted supplementation, or functional testing where needed.
You’ll leave with a clear, individualised action plan to start your journey towards better health. This will be sent within 24hrs of your appointment.
How to prepare for your appointment:
Intake form - this covers your health history, any medication or supplements you're on and allows you to upload any recent test results, blood work, or medical records.
Health Questionnaire - a link will be emailed to complete this comprehensive form.
Diet diary - may be required if applicable, all details will be provided.
Your goals & questions - Have your top three health goals ready for your appointment. Having clear goals helps you stay on track and helps me create an effective treatment plan
All consultations are held online via video call, making it easy for you to access expert support from anywhere.
