Healing takes time - and the right support makes all the difference.

After completing the start package, most women continue with follow-up consultations so we can build on the progress you've made, adjust your plan, and keep you moving forward with confidence.

Follow up consultations

Long Follow-Up Consultation – 45 mins ($130)

If it’s been more than six months since your last appointment, or if we’re reviewing detailed functional test results, this extended session ensures we have ample time to reassess and refine your health plan.

Follow-Up Consultation – 30 mins ($110)

Follow-ups are essential for tracking progress, assessing how your body is responding, and adjusting your plan as needed. In this session, we’ll review your treatment progress, discuss any challenges, and refine your approach. If pathology testing was recommended, we’ll go over your results and adapt your plan accordingly.

Acute Consultation – 20 mins ($70) (Existing Clients Only)

If you’re feeling under the weather and need immediate, short-term support—such as for colds, mild digestive issues, or stress-related symptoms—this quick consultation provides a targeted plan to help you recover faster.

Note: I only offer acute consultations for existing clients, as I need a comprehensive understanding of your health history before making recommendations.

Not ready for the full starter package?

You can still book a one-off initial consultation. This gives us time to explore your health history, symptoms, and goals in depth, and you’ll leave with a clear, tailored starting plan.

Initial Consultation – 60 mins ($170)

Your first appointment is all about understanding your health story. We’ll go through your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle habits, diet, and overall well-being. You’ll complete an intake form and health questionnaire prior to your consultation so we can make the most of our time together.

We’ll explore imbalances in your body, discuss potential underlying causes, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals. This may include dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, targeted supplementation, or functional testing where needed. You’ll leave with a clear, individualised action plan to start your journey towards better health.

Please note: Any recommended supplements or functional tests are additional costs.
