Meet Melanie
I’ve always been drawn to helping others, but my journey into nutrition began with a love for food and a frustration with the lack of clear, compassionate health advice available to women.
After 11 years working as a travel consultant and living overseas, I realised how deeply connected food, culture, and well-being truly are. But I also saw how confusing and conflicting health advice could be, especially for women navigating fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and stress. That’s what led me to return to study Nutritional Medicine - not dietetics - because I wanted to combine evidence-based science with a holistic approach that truly considers the whole person.
Over the years, my clients have told me they appreciate that I listen - really listen. They feel comfortable sharing their challenges with me because I don’t judge. I create a space where women feel seen, heard, and supported, and together, we build long-term strategies for well-being that feel achievable and empowering.

Your initial consultation (60 minutes) is a deep dive into your health. Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake form and health questionnaire, where you can share your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any recent test results. During the session, we’ll explore your health goals, discuss potential underlying causes of your symptoms, and develop a personalised treatment plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations (if required).
All consultations are held online via video calls, making it easy to fit into your schedule from the comfort of home.
Not all nutritionists are the same, and it’s important to understand the difference when choosing the right practitioner for your health journey. As a Clinical Nutritionist, I have formal training in evidence-based nutritional medicine and work with clients in a clinical setting to address root-cause health concerns.
Unlike general nutritionists, who may not have formal qualifications, Clinical Nutritionists have the expertise to provide personalised, therapeutic nutrition strategies to support a wide range of health conditions.
I also take a holistic, whole-body approach that differs from the traditional dietetics model, which often focuses on calorie counting and government-issued dietary guidelines. Instead of prescribing one-size-fits-all meal plans, I help clients understand why they feel the way they do and create realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to their individual needs.
